This book is a call to the rebellion of the Protestants against Louis XV (called "Zéokinizul"), in the form of a fictional translation of an Arabic text (of a so-called "Bekrinoll", understand Colbert, also said "Bertkol "), and falsely attributed to Crebillon son.
This book deals with the criticsm of the absolute monarchy in France.
The Catholics denounced this subversive book, well received in moderate circles.
The key of the understanding, is at the end of the book. It allows to understand the slang key that is used in it, namely the "verlan".
