Original manuscript of a geometry course from the first half of the 18th century. The writer signs at the bottom of the first page Mercier (first name illegible) . The pagination of the work is divided into three parts: - Treaty of practical geometry and practice of the compass - Practical geometry or the measurement of surfaces - Fractions.
Many geometric figures (in the text and on 25 plates outside the text) illustrate the problems of geometry posed in the text, the volumes are rendered there by wash drawings. Some watercolor drawings in color come to decorate the manuscript at the end or the beginning of the chapter.
