Eugène Rouché (1832-1910) was a French mathematician, professor at the École Centrale and tutor at the École Polytechnique, known for his work in analysis and geometry. Charles de Comberousse (1826-1897) was also a mathematician and professor at the École Centrale and Collège Chaptal. Their "Treatise on Geometry" is a classic and influential textbook from the late 19th century, consistent with official curricula and enriched with numerous exercises.
