Jean Dolbnia (1851-1894) was a Russian mathematician. His Œuvres Mathématiques (Mathematical Works) is a posthumous collection of his works, published under the patronage of a prestigious institution in Saint Petersburg. This work is enriched with a preface by Gaston Darboux, a prominent figure in French mathematics, and a biographical note by Nicolas Kryloff, a professor of analysis at the Saint Petersburg Higher School of Mines.
